Q: How do you feel about finals week starting on Wednesday, December 16th, the day after the last day of classes?

Katrina Koski “It's a little bit silly, but it could be beneficial…I think it’ll still work out but I think we have to manage our time a little better, but I would prefer to have a weekend before finals week.”   Frank Paulson “It was gross mismanagement to have the finals week to start right after classes end and have the weekend in the middle of finals week instead of finals week just being a week.”   Kate Genter “I don’t like it…I actually didn’t know it did that. I have all three of my finals on the same day, though…you really don’t need those two days of classes because you’re just studying for finals anyway.”

Steve Gebhard “I’m not excited about it in the sense that a lot of people are going to have to wait the extra weekend. Luckily it happened to where I don’t…at the same time it would be kind of nice to have the extra weekend.”   Adam Ormsby “Not only do we not have that weekend to study-so we’re slightly ill-prepared-the weekend kind of cuts in between the exams, which is good for some of [the students], but it’s not as consistent.” How do you feel about the new finals schedule?
