September's crime report

During the month of September, Campus Safety responded to 277 incidents and issued the following citations:
Sep 2nd: A contractor reported that someone had apparently broken into his storage container in one of our parking lots and removed two valuable tools from it at some time between 09/01/09 at 5:00pm and 09/02/09 at 8:00am.
Sep 5th: Jordan T. Lehman was cited for Underage Drinking – first offense within one year with a possible fine amount of $249.00.
Sep 9th: Samuel J. W. Newell was cited for Underage Drinking – 1st offense within one year with a possible fine amount of $249.00.
Sep 13th: Patrick T. Wells was cited for Underage Drinking – 1st offense within one year with a possible fine amount of $249.00.
Sep 18th: Margaret A Conely was cited for Underage Drinking – 1st offense within one year with a possible fine amount of $249.00. She was also cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with a possible fine amount of $326.50. She was also cited for Possession of Marijuana with a possible fine amount of $389.50. Douglas B. Kallies was cited for Underage Drinking – 1st offense within one year with a possible fine amount of $249.00. He was also cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with a possible fine amount of $326.50. Steven J. Nichols was cited for Underage Drinking – 1st offense within one year with a possible fine amount of $249.00. Elizabeth M. Rakun was cited for Underage Drinking – 2nd offense within one year with a possible fine amount of $375.00.
Sep 18th: A student reported that her clarinet had apparently been stolen from her dorm room at some time between 09/15/09 at 3:00pm and 09/15/09 at 4:00pm.
Sep 20th: Samuel J. W. Newell was cited for Underage Drinking – 2nd offense within one year with a possible fine amount of $375.00.
Sep 26th: Samuel J. W. Newell was cited for Underage Drinking – 3rd offense within one year with a possible fine amount of $501.00.
Sep 26th: A student reported that her bicycle had apparently been stolen from the bike rack in front of Barstow Hall at some time around noon.
Sep 28th: A student reported that her bicycle had apparently been stolen from the Ross Hall bike rack at some time between 09/23/09 at 6:45pm and 09/25/09 at 12:30pm.
Sep 29th: Christian J. Cedeno-Winter was cited for Possession of Marijuana with a possible fine amount of $398.50. He was also cited for Smoking in a Residence Hall with a possible fine amount of $200.50. Phillip A. Steele was cited for Smoking in a Residence Hall with a possible fine amount of $200.50.
