The only thing I dislike about it being rainy is that it makes appreciating the fall leaves impossible.  All the rain bogs down the leaves and forces them to make an early departure from the trees. Today is unfortunately one of those days.  However, this weekend is chalked full of activities to talk about in today’s Daily Buzz! 

Many of you have seen the fliers, or have gotten the post cards, informing all of the Fall for UW-Superior Family Weekend.  The weekend starts this Friday, September 24 and ends on Sunday September 26.  Activities include, a screening of the movie Prince of Persia Friday at 10pm in the Yellowjacket Union Great Room, a Tailgate Party for UWS Soccer at 11am on Saturday at the UWS Soccer fields, and a explore the Twin Ports day on Sunday.  For a full schedule check out this link: http://www.uwsuper.edu/involvement/familyweekend/family-weekend-schedule.cfm.  Family Weekend is a chance for students and their families to get to know and enjoy the campus together. The weekend is sponsored by, First Year Experience, Department of Student Involvement, Athletics, Campus Recreation, Residence Hall Association, and the Yellowjacket Union.
